Summary: This was the perfect place for our multi-generational group to gather for a 4-day weekend. James is an excellent host. There were thoughtful touches throughout the home, from ease of entry to well stocked supplies and amenities, we appreciated his thorough instructions, great communication, and flexibility. The floor plan has a very nice flow. The kitchen is well appointed and the home is immaculate. The back yard is park-like and the location is convenient to everything. Highly recommend.

Summary: The house was functional with plenty of space and natural light. It was also very quiet! I loved the kitchen as I was taking care of a relative post surgery and cooked a great deal. The master shower was a real blessing to get her wheelchair into without any problems. James was very helpful and accommodating with all of our requests. We will come and stay again!

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at James'place! The house was big with lots of windows and plenty of rooms to hang out with family. The kitchen has everything imaginable which made it easy to use so we didn't need to go out to eat. We especially enjoyed the large backyard where we spent most of our time. His property is adjacent to a beautiful park with a public swimming pool. James communicated well and was available to us if we needed anything. A five star stay!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Boise! The home was fabulous. Everything was extraordinarily clean and communication with the host was excellent. The kitchen had everything you could want and more. This was probably the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a vacation rental. The pantry staples (spices and oil) made cooking easy. The backyard was beautiful and it backs directly up to a nice park. I wish the weather had been just a bit warmer so that we could have enjoyed all the yard had to offer. The house itself was very spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer meant we could pack light. James is a wonderful host and checked in via text multiple times during our stay. We would book this home again in a heartbeat. Top notch!
